Today's post features a great collection of behind-the-scenes footage from the original Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles film. These scenes were included sporadically on the new "Turtle Power" documentary as brief clips and picture-in-picture shot. I have cropped them as best as I can for full screen viewing. I also removed the documentary audio and replaced it with some of the film score.

No rights are implied with this video, and I HIGHLY recommend watching the entire "Turtle Power" documentary that this clip originates from!

Special Feature: "Turtle Power" Music Video By Partners In Kryme

Presented as a digital transfer from the very first viewing of the "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles- The Music Videos" VHS (so it would be free of all those pesky music channel logos)! The "Turtle Power" rap from Partners in Kryme was quite hot back in 1990, hitting #13 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. Equally popular was the music video that accompanied it.... which gave Turtle fans at home even more action shots with the film's heroes. I fondly remember sitting at home that summer with a blank VHS in the VCR waiting for the video to come on so that I could record it...
